I will get the license headers added to jsstub and will stage changes to update
the README, etc to make reference to Eclipse Mraa and eclipse procedures.

One thing that has just occurred to me, we have a couple of sub-modules in our
current tree only for doc generation for swig generated bindings,

https://github.com/intel-iot-devkit/doxygen2jsdoc

We could just flatten this into the tree if it would be best suited?
