the "Project URL" is supposed to be a link to the project's web site or (in
lack thereof) its GitHub repository.

In this case, it would probably be [1]

The "Source URL" is supposed to be a (deep) link into the source code
repository to the particular tag/version that you are creating the CQ for. It
is *not* supposed to be a link to a source archive in an artifact repository
like Maven Central. So, in this case, it would be [2]

The source code archive that you need to attach to the CQ should contain only
the source code that will end up in the binary. I therefore recommend using the
archive that you can download from Maven Central because it has been created by
the project itself and thus (usually) contains the right things only. From what
I can see, this is what you did :-)

So, please, withdraw this CQ and create a new one with the correct version.
I am sorry to put you through this but it is the IoT PMC and the Eclipse IP
team who depend on this information for our work and we do not have the time to
figure out this information ourselves.
