Under FMI Version 2.0, there's a link with the Complete Package (Version 2.0
(2014-07-25) which has inside a zip file with the 3 needed C header files
(fmi2Functions.h, fmi2FunctionTypes.h and fmi2TypesPlatform.h). The other files
aren't needed
