If this CQ contains content which is not intended for HIP, then yes, I would
suggest to close this one. If all the content is required for HIP, then leave
it open and we will progress with this one.

Anything required for Ponte has to be submitted for Ponte.

You have to enter the number of the CQ you want to piggyback on. So it may make
sense to plan your CQs accordingly if you want to piggyback later on. You can
only piggy back at one CQ at a time.
