This will not effect our review of the initial CQ unless of course we find
third party content included from MPC.

Initial CQ Processing - We attempt to provide the project with checkin based on
Parallel IP following a quick check on copyright and license with a full review
taking place at a later date.  The timing between checkin and final review
typically provides a project plenty of time to get their dependencies worked
out.

I hope that helps.  As soon as PMC provides their +1 of the initial, triage
will occur typically within two-three days.

It goes without saying if the project is truly planning to remove MPC, it would
be a shame to waste $$ to review the license that would not be required in the
end.
