Added new attachment with generated documentatio removed and the external
directory removed (lzf and snappy-c).

There are some references to MatLab in these code drops but MatLab support is
not included (this is something that will be added later via a different CQ).
In this code drop documentation references to our MatLab implemenation can be
found and our idl pre-processor has the MatLab stuff included. This MatLab
stuff are files generated by our idlpp for this MatLab is not required.
