The LGPL is not a generally approved license for use in Eclipse projects.
You will need to get a board exception for this dependency as well as for CQ
14997 [1]. Please get in touch with the IP team directly
(emo-ip-team@xxxxxxxxxxx) to discuss how to do this.

Alternatively, you may be able to swap Hibernate for EclipseLink ...
