[iot-pmc] Eclipse Unide v0.1.0 release approval

Dear iot-pmc,

 

We would like to release a first version of the Unide project (REST server, PPMP java binding). Every missed approval has delayed it by a few weeks, so the release is now scheduled for Dec. 20^th.

Release information can be found here [1], IPlog was approved [2], release is tracked here [3].

Have I missed any other process steps?
