Hi Irina,
it looks like you created the archive from your local git workspace. At least,
it contains a ".git" folder which you need to remove (along with all other
files not representing source files for the library) before this CQ can be
processed by the IP team.
The easiest way to provide an appropriate source archive is by attaching the
source jar that is published on Maven Central. These will usually only contain
the plain source code files ...
