[iot-pmc] Please vote for Kapua - Apache Artemis 2.2.0 as works-with

Hi,

Eclipse Kapua would like to use Apache Artemis 2.2.0 as a works-with dependency.

As Kapua will not distribute the broker itself at the moment and has support for at least one other approved broker (ActiveMQ), we would like to process this as a works-with.
