Hi Kilton,
you should remove the "etc" folder from the archive since it does not contain
source code. In general, you should "strip down" source archives to the bare
minimum of what constitutes the source code of the artifact. This means, that
examples and test cases should also not be in the archive as well (if you do
not plan to distribute them).
I think most of the text files in the top level folder should also not be
there, except for the readme, license and changelog, i guess.
