Re: [iot-pmc] PMC approval needed for committer vote for Philippe Krief

Hi Fabio,

thanks for clarifying. My understanding is that Philippe would have been included in the initial committers list if at that time he would have been involved already. I see no problem then and will approve accordingly

Dear Kai,

currently we need to provide technical resources in the AGAIL project description (as pointed out from you).

Philippe is helping to move  the code of AGILE project from github (https://github.com/Agile-IoT) into AGAIL Eclipse, so as a committer he will be able to help with CQs etc.

He is also author of the getting started document for AGAIL (currently here: http://agile-iot.eu/wiki/index.php?title=Getting_started_with_AGILE), that also will become technical documentation of AGAIL project.

Philippe is also currently maintaining the AGILE project website (http://agile-iot.eu).

So I consider him as a committer since he is helping us in providing the needed technical resources on AGAIL project.

Sounds it as a reasonable contribution for a committer?

Best regards,

Fabio

Hi Agail project lead(s),

it is actually quite hard to see any of Phillippe Krief's contributions to the Agail project, simply because there are no hints regarding any developer resources for the project to be found on the project page [1].

I would like to at least take a look at your code repo to see some of Phillippe's contributions before I approve his committer status.

Sounds reasonable?
