we moved the source code repository and issue tracking for Eclipse Concierge from Eclipse infrastructure to GitHub now. See corresponding Bugzilla issue

Please use from now on the infrastructure at

• https://github.com/eclipse/concierge/issues (all open issues have been migrated)
  

for contributions / PRs / issues reported.

We hope this will simplify external contributions and looking forward for first PRs.
