Hi,

For the javascript files we are working to manage them as regular external
dependencies through maven, remove them from the code base and add them during
the build phase.

The ./org.eclipse.kapua.app.api/src/main/webapp/doc is the swagger-ui
directory. So the files inside will be managed as described above. The files
are distributed as part of the maven artefact and are part of the swagger ui
they are not our code. Is the copyright mandatory ? 

I will replace the references to eurotech.
