Fwiw, I think there are some issues with the proposal:
1) the name will probably have to change since it is the name of the EU
research project.
2) Selecting the Apache license will require board approval. I am not sure
why they are not usng EPL and EDL.
3) they have 4 project leaders listed so that is not really ideal.
Full disclosure, the Eclipse Foundation is participating in this EU H2020
research project. One of our deliverables is to host the open source project
for this EU project.
