[iot-pmc] Fwd: Paho dependencies

Hello PMC,

I've added the following CQs for Paho dependencies.  I think this should be just about the complete list for the Paho planned release 1.2.

10815 - Visual Studio redistributable
10814 - OpenSSL
10816 - Web browsers for the _javascript_ client. CQ 2162 has Internet Explorer but no others
10817 - cc3200 tools and libraries
10818 - Go, 10819 - Go.net
10820 - FreeRTOS tools and libraries
10821 - Lua

Thanks

Ian

Hello PMC,

I've opened the following CQs for Paho dependencies:

10698 - test and build tools: gcc for Linux, Visual Studio for Windows,
XCode for MacOS. (I withdrew the separate gcc CQ)
10656 - glibc runtime library
10697 - libstdc++ runtime library
10696 - Python (version 2 and 3)
10695 - Arduino tools
10699 - ARM mbed tools and libraries

3736 is the CQ for operating systems for the Eclipse platform. Do I
need a piggyback CQ on that for Paho?

To be done:

- Visual Studio redistributable
- OpenSSL
- Web browsers for the _javascript_ client. CQ 2162 has Internet Explorer
but no others
- cc3200 tools and libraries
- FreeRTOS tools and libraries
- Go
- Lua

I notice that there is also this resolution for the use of proprietary
tools:

https://www.eclipse.org/org/documents/Eclipse_Using_Proprietary_Tools_Final.php

Let me know if you have any comments about my approach here. Thanks
