Julien,

I thought we (or the legal team) would, for the first step, assess whether the
contribution of an Objective C MQTT client would be more successful than the
original attempt before analyzing the details of the contribution.  

Both Christoph and I had had discussions which indicated that we might be more
successful this time around.  Whether or not we go ahead with the contribution
could depend on that assessment.

If I need to clean up the submitted package as the best way of moving forward,
then I'll do that.
