So just to wrap it up for me:

You do have a CQ approved (CQ8093), which you now want to modify with code you
wrote by yourself? And you want to distribute the result in source and binary
from Eclipse?

If this is the case, then I don't have a good answer for you. I did have a
similar case, where I do need a third party library, licensed under a non-EPL
license and simply made a full CQ, since there was no other CQ I could base on.

I would like to forward this is emo@xxxxxxxxxxx and check their opinion. I do
think it is time for another comic, explaining third party dependencies ;-)

Please let me know if I understood the problem right.
