Yes. The OSGi Alliance member repository is not intended for maintaining code
beyond the point where it has served the purpose of being an RI. Therefore, I
would like to add it to our Concierge project where I can maintain it (and
where people can actually use it). 

As part of the move I would also like to re-license it under EPL.
