Re: [iot-pmc] GitHub Issues for Eclipse projects

Leshan, Californium and Wakaama stated to want to use GH issues. Basically projects migrated from GH to Eclipse

I think Matthias coined the rationales here: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=442828#c11

Also moving a community from light GH issues to bugzilla (perceived as old & clunky) without providing clear rationales create a lot of frictions.
i'm totally unable to explain to projects contributors why they need to move to bugzilla.
Just stating: "it's the rules, and nobody at Eclipse is able to explain my why exactly" is looking bureaucratic and not well accepted by developers.

Dear IoT,

this is the follow up e-mail from our discussion in the IoT WG telephone
call.

If you, as an Eclipse IoT project, are interested using GitHub issues
for your project, please reply to this E-Mail. Maybe with a _short_
explanation why.

Thanks

Jens
