Re: [iot-pmc] Pre-requisite request for libuv

Hi Kai,

The Node license is MIT.
ISC license is not a commercial license, it is equivalent to MIT, but
you're right it doesn't seem to be pre-approved. Not sure what's the
process here, but I would assume it shouldn't be very complex since we're
talking pre-req.

Roger, out of curiosity, do you plan to still maintain the legacy way of
doing eventing/networking in Mosquitto but leverage libuv when it happens
to be present at runtime?
