I wouldn't fall back to such drastic measures ;)
I just went through the list, there a two remaining where I am not sure.
The other ones are processed:

duplicate of CQ 8654
https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=8646 – Seems to be
unnecessary (see the comment)
The PI4J request [1] is also still open, since there was no reply to the
linker flag the the LGPL library. Otherwise we shouldn't have a backlog
right now.
Although I would be possible (I guess), I would suggest that we do not
approve our own requests. I am OK with nagging each other until the
requests are processed, but approving ones own request seems to defy the
purpose of checking it in the first place.
However if it was really your intention to publish junit (CQ8646) then
go ahead and give yourself the +1, or I do it tomorrow.
