[iot-pmc] CQ #8661 and CQ #8662

Hi,

Besides the stuff in Orbit, I have just entered two „WORKSWITH“ CQs that are hosted elsewhere and where I would like to trigger the PMC discussion right now. These are:
http://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=8661
and
http://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=8662

The first one is only for test execution and nothing else, the second one is a lib that can be (optionally) used by a solution based on Eclipse SmartHome by the user, but which is not distributed with the project.
