This list should be informed whenever action is required from the
PMC. Based on what I see in the mail log, that should happen. The
problem is that all of the currently open CQs were probably created
before the projects were moved to IoT.
If you don't see notifications for new CQs in this list, then
something is broken and we (you) need to contact the webmaster for
assistance.
FWIW, I personally use a query that I check every couple of days; I
listen to all of the TLP mailing lists and the volume of CQ email is
a little too large to manage that way.

I just stumbled over a (rather short) backlog in the CQ requests for "iot".
I actually was not aware of the fact that there were two CQs in there
which needed approval. I though that these requests would also get
posted on the "iot-pmc" list. Maybe this had something to do with the
transition. Since the results to my changed popped up in the mailling list.
However, if you have the time, please have a look at my request CQ8612
[1] which was the reason I was checking the list in the first place ;-)
