[incubation] Contribution questionaire in case of multiple git repo

Hi
In our initial contribution for the GEMOC project (which is relatively 
big) we intend to use several git repositories.
How many CQ should I fill? one per repository  or one for all of them ?  
(this has impact on how to calcultate author contribution pourcentages 
too,  ...)
