[incubation] Release process

Hello again,

We have been asked by interested users to provide a distribution package, or kind of snapshot release, in order to them to test the technology we just uploaded in Eclipse.

According to the Eclipse handbook, we are supposed to follow the review process. Because we are not ready for entering the release process (from my point of view we don't have enough documentation as required in the handbook) I wanted to know if there is a possibility to provide kind of a snapshot distribution for testing purpose without entering the release process?
