You can use Eclipse Nexus [1] to publish build artefacts. Here you can publish
both snapshot builds and releases.
If you want to publish releases also on Maven central to make them more easily consumable
you may consider to use the Sonatype open source nexus. We use this to publish JGit releases
on maven central. Follow [3] to get started.
Follow the rules in the project handbook [4] to prepare a release at Eclipse.

Subject: [incubation] Next Step and release process
·
Once the code was moved to I cannot create an issue in a GitHub tools. Are should we either create new issues and move the older?
·
The process allows me to release a new version of the incubation process. Can I also release public the version in the maven? If yes, does Eclipse provide any server repository to do that? If not, can I use the maven central?
