I would unsubscribe you but like almost everyone on this list, we don’t have magic powers to do that.

It’s a good incubation question though. If you have infrastructure needs, the only official way to deal with it is through a Bugzilla against the Foundation. Try this link.

I have tried many times to get off the list using your listed procedures and many confirmation eMails saying I am off the list but it never works.
 
I did not want to spam this list but I see no other way at this point.
