[incquery-dev] PSystem refactor in master

Hi,

after Gábor reviewed the PSystem changes, I have pushed them into master.

Before pushing, a 0.8M1 milestone was created and pushed to the corresponding update site (technically, it was executed later with the correct versions, but that is a different story).

One thing to be vary of: you have to re-generate code that uses check expressions. (Not for the final state, but much closer to it).
