Hi,

I am basically fine with this, but have two additions:

 - having a release on 26th June is really not a good idea, as Kepler is released on the same day (because of build configuration. Luckily, in the project portal we have said (for exactly this reason) that we would release 0.7 on the 30th June.
 - I think, between M4 and RC we should only include very simple changes without any serious chance of regression (it would be more realistic to consider M4 as RC, but that will not work as the Xtext 2.4 branch is not yet merged, so some issues _will_ crop up after).
