Turns out the problem was that I had multiple instances of ICE open at once. It's working when I only have one up.

Everyone,

I fixed the REST interface in the next (unstable) branch. I thoroughly tested it, but please let me know if it doesn't work for you.

In particular, we need to test the nightly Eclipse build and make sure it works.
