You'll have to contact the ORNL Solution Center and have them tell you how to use the VPN (best for Windows) or create an SSH tunnel (not easy on Windows).

I tried the NICE Sourceforge, but the files section appears to be empty. There was an org.eclipse.dependencies.paraview branch in the code section, but I only saw JSON, SnakeYAML, and hdf5 stuff in it.
Any help?
