[ice-dev] No more changes to EAVP in ICE

Everyone,

EAVP has moved to its own repo. Robert and I are in the process of setting it up so that ICE will pull EAVP from an update site and then we will remove the bundles from ICE.

Please do not make anymore changes to the EAVP bundles in the ICE repo. Please make those changes in the EAVP repo.
