Jay,
I just looked over the last week's build logs. It looks like we have three unrelated issues with the build.
There are a small number of tests that randomly fail:
ClientTester's checkItemProccessing
ItemProcessorTester's checkProcessing
MOOSELauncherTester's checkMOOSELauncherFileUpdate
PlotEditorTester's checkPlotEditor
VizConntectionManagerTester checkSetPreferenceStore
XMLPersistenceProviderTester's checkRename and checkIWriterOperations
I think that we can pull these out into a designated package for unstable tests and give them an occasional manual run, like we do with the SWTBot tests. At the current rate, we probably wouldn't notice if they were having legitimate failures on the automatic
build anyway.
There's a separate issue in some builds where all tests pass, but we get an error message about "Too many open files." This might be due to running out of space on the heap.
Finally, about once a day the build fails when trying to sign the Mac application, with the error message that it failed to execute the goal "Signing of OS X application."
Greg would probably have to take a look at that one.

Subject: [ice-dev] Fwd: [ice-build] [Hudson] Hudson build is back to normal : ice-master #469
Our build is breaking every other hour and the fixing itself. Any ideas on how to fix it?
