I think you mentioned that you built ICE locally on your machine? This means that none of the binaries or plugins are signed. Not sure if this is going to be a problem or not, though on a Mac at least, you will have to explicitly enable Gatekeeper to allow the application to run.

We’re loading it up on the usb sticks now.
