Greg,

Yeah, that is what I was saying the other day about not touching the keyboard or mouse when the SWTBot tests start up. On my machine, Eclipse opens first and grabs the mouse. I just step back and let it do its thing for 30sec or so and then get back to work until the next one pops up. If SWTBot looses control of the Window, it will fail even if you refocus on the Window, at least on Linux.
