[ice-dev] Writing day task for volunteers

All,

We have some missing documentation, primarily @return statements with no 
text, when they should have something--hopefully useful.

Please take a look at the last post here:

This appears to be a good opportunity for getting in some contributions 
from the newer folks, especially if you've completed your other writing 
day tasks and need something else to do.

If you are going to work on just a part of this, try to let others know 
what you'll be working on so the work is not duplicated. Keep us updated 
in the ticket, please!
