She got it working. Had to revert her
launch configuration and re-add the win32 plugins.

messages saying (a very long list of) bundles could not
be resolved. I don’t actually have any red flags on any
bundles in Eclipse (ie. they can all find their
dependencies), and I’ve tried clearing my ICEFiles
metadata.
