[hono-dev] Build and test only dependencies for 0.6

Hi,

I just wanted to merge in the code coverage tools. However that would have added to build & test only dependencies for Hono.

Do we have any changes for Hono 0.6? If yes, then I think it would make sense open a tracking issue on GitHub and I would like to add my two dependencies as well.

If my additional dependencies would be the only one, then I would suggest to postpone that to the next Hono version.

What do you think?
