[higgins-dev] Versioning Higgins documentation wiki pages

The Higgins Global Graph wiki page now has 1.0.x and 1.1M1 versions.

 

The versioning technique is documented in http://wiki.eclipse.org/Higgins_Committers_and_Contributors#Documentation

 under editing the wiki. The original, much referenced, unversioned page is now redirected to the currently released version.

 

Paul is updating the 1.1M1 version to reflect changes since 1.0 (in process).

 

If all goes well, we will then proceed with versioning other pages that have content that is changing from 1.0.x to 1.1M1.
