I've just committed a few changes. So you might check updates (svn co https://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/technology/org.eclipse.higgins/trunk/app/org.eclipse.higgins.icm2) and build (mvn clean install). You might use system property 'org.eclipse.higgins.ics.ws.RPPSEndpointAddress' for changing RPPS endpoint.
