[higgins-dev] Projects for deployments?

Do we want a project for each of the deployments on the http://wiki.eclipse.org/Deployments page?

Each project would typically have dependencies on all the other Higgins projects that it needs, and whatever else it depends on (config files, other [eclipse-approved] jar files, etc.).  Maybe it would even have installers for different platforms if appropriate.

Is that what we're envisioning?
