Jim,

After implementing MEX and testing it - I've discovered that CardSpace 
really uses WS-Transfer.
I have made some updates and am sending to you. I still need to get it to 
return the policy in the right format.

Can you or Andy send me the metadata/policy returned by any other IP/STS?
