Hi Fatih,
it's defintely the plan to connect hawkBit's DMF API via hono. Cause hono is currently under development and does not yet implement interfaces for "command and control" - interface to write to devices which is necessary for hawkBit to write e.g. the download-url
down to the devices - it's currently not clear when and how the integration will be done.
As you mentioned currently the hawkBit DMF interface is based on AMQP 0.9 and hono is using AMQP 1.0 which is totally different and has nothing in common. Is not sure yet if there will be a hawkBit DMF implementation using hono underneath or if it's possible to map the AMQP 0.9 somehow (e.g. rabbitMQ plugin) to AMQP 1.0 to hono. I guess it make sense to probably implement the hawkBit's DMF API with hono and you can choose if you want to use the classic AMQP 0.9 implemenation of hono implementation.
