FYI, Eclipse Luna (specifically, version 4.4.2) will be the base target for Handly 0.5. Previous Eclipse versions will not be supported. This is a bump from the former base target, version 3.8.2.

Earlier, we intended to stay compatible with at least "current release + 3 back" (bug 445863 [1]). This is an *exception* to the rule. For 0.5, Neon will be the current release, and Luna will be "+ 2 back".

Luna is the minimum Eclipse version to support Java 8, so Kepler would not really fit our plans for 0.5.
