[gmf-dev] Commit rights for Mariot Chauvin have been expired

Anthony Hunter has expired the commit rights for Mariot Chauvin (mchauvin).
 The reason for this change is:

Dear Committers,

I don't have time to work anymore on GMF Runtime, neither professionally
nor personally.
According to that I would like to be removed from the list of committers.
