Dear Mickael.
Thanks for your initiative, it is certainly good to give a talk in
the symposium.
I was considering to submit talks for EclipseCon USA, but decided
against.
We certainly will propose talks for next EclipseCon Europe.
What about the modeling days in France? I would be very interested
to present there. When are they?

Hi all,
I'll probably apply for a small talk:
* (My) good practices with GMF Tooling. Giving advices to people
on how to get started, how to remain incremental, what is the
workflow on an increment to add a new node, how to set up
customization in iterative development... Some general principles
could apply to any generation-based approach, and some will be
very technical about GMF.
I also think it is the opportunity for GMF Tooling to provide a
hearbeat. For example a 2.4.1 release and present it during
EclipseCon. We would need a killer feature to make it attracting.
I am in favor of adding the preview for .gmfgraph to 2.4.1 and
demo it: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=363449
This would require to plan a 2.4.1 before end of March. Thoughts?

Hi all,
This is just a note to inform you that the "call for proposals"
is open for the Modeling Symposium during EclipseCon.
More details here: http://eclipsesource.com/blogs/2012/01/05/modeling-symposium/
Since GMF (both runtime and tooling) did not have any dedicated
talk selected, I think this is an opportunity to fix that and to
present some N&N during the Modeling Symposium.
