Mates,
Artem spent so many years on this project and is the creator of GMF.
We should have more respect for his job, his painful personal
decision to stop his contribution and certainly not critic him so
violently in previous emails !!
I would like to know from him why he thinks it is better not to join
Indigo train.
In my experience I always remember that when a lead architect/developer
makes such a decision there was good reasons.
Could we get more details ?
I can understand that Artem doesn't want to talk about it anymore,
therefore if no answer there is no obligation.
Regards,
Vlad,

Guys,
I too agree. There is the general expectation that once you commit to
being on the train you will remain on the train because other projects
might well be on the train only if your project is on it. It's
essential that those willing to step up and do the work be enabled in
that effort.

Ed

Suggesting "GMF tooling
project
not to join Indigo train" because you have no time to lead the project
is not a good solution. GMF Tooling leaving the release train is the
worst
case scenario. Hopefully others in the development community can
express
a similar opinion.
I totally agree with Anthony, leaving the release train would be a
major regression for GMF Tooling, and then for the whole GMP project.
This must not happen.
