[gmf-dev] test.xml files in GMF test plug-ins

I'm planning to add a new runtime test
plug-in when I deliver the fix for https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=149214.
 

I see that test.xml files were added
to the exising test plug-ins some years back for automated testing.  Should
I add one to my new test plug-in, or will it be added by someone else?
 I'm hoping I can just clone one from another plug-in and change the
bits that are plug-in specific, but I don't really know how it all works...
