[gmf-dev] FW: [gmf-releng] Commit rights for Mohammed Mostafa have been expired

Forwarding to gmf-dev as the new Portal "decommitterization" feature
defaulted to gmf-releng for some unknown reason.
This was initiated by Bjorn in a long-overdue cleanup of committers at
Eclipse. I consulted Anthony on the change to Mohammed's status. There are
no other GMF committers that are flagged as "inactive" on the Portal, btw.

Richard Gronback has requested that commit rights for Mohammed Mostafa
(mmostafa) be expired. The reason for this change is:
Mohammed has moved to a another product team within IBM and is no longer
actively working on GMF. We thank Mohammed for his contributions, and
would welcome him back should his responsibilities change.

this request shortly.
